Hey there, beautiful beings!

I just one short month I will be a mother of a new baby girl. Shifting from a mother of one to a mother of two.

Knowing that routines are going to have to evolve and new one will have to be created kind of scares me because it’s something I can’t really plan for.

I don’t know how things are going to be or work. I don’t know how much help will be around. I don’t know how to juggle two children… yet.

As life and nature evolve, so must our day-to-day actions and routines to fit our current needs.

Let’s shift together!

1. listening to my body and slowing down / taking a break when I should/need to

2. nesting - getting our home ready for the arrival of our little miss

I’ve been leaning on…

my selenite crystals necklace to cleanse and recharge my energy.

Lately, my toddler and husband have been draining my energy more than normal… of course,e there’s an abundance going to little miss as well. These days I don’t have the time or place for my desired self-care routine to cleanse and recharge my energy, so I’ve been really relying heavily on my selenite crystal necklace doing most of the work. Luckily, I’m still able to do my non-negotiable of taking a shower every day!

I’ve been eating…

Yum, yum! This has been such a delicious, healthy, quick snack or even lunch when we’re having a busy day or nothing sounds good. And I love to shop for these goodies at Aldi!
