Have you ever had overwhelming thoughts and wondered about our purpose as humans on Earth? I feel like most of us have, and it can be an unfathomable topic.

That’s why I want to share this simplified explanation so more people can shine their light and enjoy their lives! Simply put, we are here to:

1. feel the energy of emotions that flow through us

2. create anything and everything we wish to experience in a given lifetime

3. love, in all the ways

Observing our experiences, expressing our feelings, and creating that which expands our energy are all reasons for us being.

HOW I FEEL

My ability to deeply hold a massive amount of emotional energy enables me to feel a multitude of emotions and energies all at once. Typically, it’s in the diaphragm area for me.

To release and allow the energy to flow through, one must actually allow for the body to be in the energy. Like any other energy or entity, it wants to be seen, heard, and loved.

So, I allow the emotion space and choose to feel it. I may cry, or I may just sit, close my eyes, and breathe really slowly as I feel into my body.

It can be uncomfortable, don’t get me wrong!! But as we grow our capacity to hold energy and consciously choose how we want to be, we become better able to show up in the world as the best version of ourselves.

WHAT I’M CREATING

I’ve always been drawn to crystal grinding but haven’t made much because I haven’t been able to do it the way I want to. But the time has come!! I’ve finally found a tray for crystal grid creation moving forward. I’ve been in the market for a tray for this for a long time.

I was walking through Target, of all places, and BAM, there it was. And that same day, I saw probably 5 options for this purpose. Whereas, any other time I’ve looked for this at any store, there have been no options because there’s always just something about it that it’s not the one. Ya know?

So anyway, I am beyond grateful to have found this beautiful solid wood round tray. It’s perfect in every way!
