Hey there, beautiful beings!

Sometimes life is hard. We all have those days. But we don’t have to beat ourselves up about the things we weren’t able to complete in a given time frame.

We always have the opportunity to choose a different way of being. Whether it’s how we talk to and take care of ourselves, or others, we always have the time to take the time we need.

One step, one choice at a time, we can allow ourselves the grace of love and being human. Things happen, we mess up…sometimes a lot. But we know that everything is going to be okay.

Let’s all allow ourselves some grace together!

SELF REFLECTION

The times we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and the best times to catch ourselves in the moment of dense cycles.

When we catch ourselves:

• freaking out about not having enough time,

• or not being able to find something in particular,

• or maybe we’re just having a rough day with our toddler,

we can ask ourselves why and discover the root of our emotions and actions.

With that, we can then remember that each and every person here on Earth is human, just as we are. We are here to learn, grow, and make mistakes along our journey.

Allow yourself the freedom and grace of being human.

I’ve been learning more about subtle energy, how it affects other energy, and, in turn, our perception of reality.

When we allow ourselves grace, it’s like giving ourselves permission to calm down and breathe. This subtle shift in energy can greatly impact our overall emotions and how we choose to respond throughout a given day.
